SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

LICENSE:

* After entering the correct registration codes, this software
will be licenced for use on one computer only.

* You may not alter this software in any way, including changing help
and text files.

* Spreadsheet to Shop Is distributed as is. No warranty of
any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk.
Prefect Systems will not be liable for data loss, damages,
loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or
misusing this software.

* You are hereby licensed to make any number of backup copies of
this software and documentation.
* You will not disclose/give away registration codes to any other person.

* All copyrights to Spreadsheet to Shop are exclusively owned by Prefect
Systems.

* Installing and using Spreadsheet to Shop means the acceptance of
these terms and conditions of the license. If you do not agree with
the terms of this license you must remove the Spreadsheet to Shop
files from your storage devices and stop using the product.
